Alice Heinroth brought an action of ejectment against appellees and has appealed from a judgment in their favor.

The Winthrop Harbor and Dock Company is the common source of title. On December 8, 1899, it mortgaged the premises in controversy, together with another tract containing about one and three-fourths acres, to secure its note for $10,000. The mortgage was foreclosed at the March term, 1902, of the circuit court of Lake county, and on May 13, 1902, the mortgaged premises were sold by the master under the decree to William Jones, the complainant.
