Plaintiffs Andrea Fagerstrom (“Fager-strom”) and Allen Wiseley (‘Wiseley”) filed this putative class action against Defendant Amazon.com, Inc. (“Amazon”) alleging California state law claims related to false advertising and unfair business practices.
