Lead Plaintiffs New Jersey Carpenters Vacation Fund (“Carpenters Fund”) and Boilermaker Blacksmith National Pension Trust (“Boilermaker Trust”) (collectively “Lead Plaintiffs” or “Plaintiffs”) bring claims charging the defendants with violations of sections 11, 12(a)(2), and 15 of the Securities Act of 1933,15 U.S.C. §§ 77k(a), 77Z (a)(2), 77o (2010).
