In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for legal malpractice, the plaintiff appeals, as limited by his brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Kangs County (Knipel, J.), dated March 26, 2003, as granted the motion of the defendants the Legal Aid Society and Hunton & Williams for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against them, and denied his cross motion for summary judgment on the issue of liability against those defendants.

Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
