—Order, Supreme Court, *265New York County (Stuart Cohen, J.), entered December 29, 1997, which, in an action for legal malpractice, granted defendants’ motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint, and awarded them damages in the principal amount of $28,658.92 on their counterclaim for legal fees, unanimously affirmed, without costs.
