2Per curiam

On August 12, 1993, the Disciplinary Commission filed a verified complaint for disciplinary action alleging that the respondent violated Rules 7.3(c) and 8.1 of the Rules of Professional Conduct for Attorneys at Law. This matter now comes before us on the Commission and the respondent's proffered Statement of Circumstances and Conditional Agreement for Discipline, entered pursuant to Ind.Admission and Discipline Rule 28, Seetion 11(g). 1 We approve the tendered agreement, and herein set forth the facts and cireumstances of this case.
