Before the Court is an Objection to Homestead Exemption filed by Arvest Bank [Arvest] on July 28, 2010. In its objection, Arvest alleged that the homestead exemption does not extend to a portion of the debtors’ real property on which they had constructed four storage units because of a manifested intent to abandon that portion for business use.
