— Plaintiff, averring that he “is an individual residing at Winding Way, Malvern, Pa., and a resident of East Whiteland Township . . .”, this county, has filed a complaint in equity naming the owners of the equitable and legal titles of certain real estate therein described situate within said township as defendants, by which he seeks to have defendants enjoined from quarrying on their premises and to have a permit “granted to the plaintiffs,” (sic) issued by the township supervisors permitting such quarrying declared null and void.
