Presently pending and ready for resolution in this disability discrimination case is the motion to dismiss Plaintiffs’ second amended complaint, filed by Defendants Board of Regents of the University System of Maryland (“the Board of Regents”), the University of Maryland College Park (“the University of Maryland”), and Wallace D.
