A jury of the Casey Circuit Court convicted Appellant, William Wells, of Rape in the Third Degree and Incest. For these crimes, Appellant was sentenced to fifteen years’ imprisonment. On direct appeal, the Court of Appeals affirmed his convictions in all respects in an unpublished opinion. Wells v. Commonwealth, 2002-CA-2175-MR (rendered July 2, 2004). Appellant filed a petition for discretionary review in this Court, which we granted. CR 76.20. For the reasons set forth herein, we affirm Appellant’s convictions.
