Lea, deceased, against Hugh N. Moore, to recover damages for the breach of a written contract, which was in these words: “ I agree to do the following work on the Presbyterian church at "Whitesburg, in the best plain workmanship— that is: “One neat pulpit, $30; 10 stone pillars, 2 feet longer than the old ones, and 2 feet wide at bottom, diminishing to sile of sill, $80; extra studs in wall, $4; patching…
