Brewer, J.:

This was an action brought by the defendant in error, to recover damages for personal injuries. It appears from the testimony that while sitting in a car belonging to the defendant, the same was bumped violently against another, and plaintiff thrown forward and struck over the •eye. For this injury she brought this action, and recovered a judgment in the sum of $1,000.
