In an action for a divorce and ancillary relief, the defendant wife appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Dunn, J.), dated December 10, 1991, which granted the plaintiff husband’s motion to dismiss, as time barred, her cause of action for a declaration that a separation agreement executed by the parties in 1967 is invalid.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, without costs or disbursements.
