Plaintiff Patricia Cohen (“Patricia”) brings this action seeking damages from her former husband, defendant Steven Cohen (“Steven”), his brother, Donald Cohen, (“Donald”), and their' former business partner, Brett Lurie (“Lurie”), for defrauding her of a share of an investment made during her marriage to Steven. Patricia alleges claims for civil RICO, common law fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, and unjust enrichment.
