This suit was brought originally in the city court of Atlanta, and removed by defendant to this court on the ground of adverse citizenship; the plaintiff being a citizen and resident of the state of Virginia, and the defendant a North Carolina corporation. The declaration alleges that the plaintiff is the owner and general manager of the “W. H. Harris Nickle Plate Shows”; that being the trade-name under which the plaintiff carries on his business of showman. Said show is not incorporated.
