The complaint, filed on August 24, 1945, alleges as follows: That on the 19th day of July, 1927, the defendant George Gartner was legally adjudged insane in the Probate Court at Fairbanks, Alaska, and committed to Morningside Hospital at Portland, Oregon; that on the 1st day of August, 1927, the defendant Mike Erceg was duly appointed guardian of the estate of said George Gartner by order of said Probate Court, he qualifying immediately; that said George Gartner was admitted to said Morning-side Hospital on the 10th day of August, 1927, where he has since remained; that…
