1. The charge of the court on alibi, when considered in connection with the remainder of the charge and in the light of all the evidence, contains no error that requires a reversal of the judgment.

The charge on reasonable doubt is complained of in the 4th and 5th special grounds of the motion for a new trial, the movant separating a paragraph of the charge and complaining of the disconnected portions thereof.
