ORDER
BURY, District Judge.
This Court finds Plaintiffs to be vexatious litigants. Defendant Abertsons is awarded sanctions against Plaintiffs. Abertsons is entitled to attorney fees and costs associated with this action and an injunction against Plaintiffs prohibiting further lawsuits against it. The Complaint is barred by res judicata and fails to state a claim upon which relief may be granted. The Court dismisses the Complaint with leave to amend. Failure to comply with the mandates of this Order in the filing of an Amended Complaint shall result in the issuance of a vexatious litigant Order…
