In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 inter alia (1) to compel respondents to provide instruction for petitioner’s son and (2) *944declaratory relief, petitioner appeals, as limited by her brief, from so much of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated February 14, 1975, as dismissed the petition.
