Plaintiffs Daniel DeFabio (“Daniel” or “D.D.”), Patricia DeFabio (“Ms. DeFabio”) and Michael Rusinsky (“Mr. Rusinsky”) (collectively, “plaintiffs”) bring this action, pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983, against the defendants, alleging violation of Daniel’s constitutional rights under the First and Fourteenth Amendments to the United States Constitution, including freedom of speech, freedom of association, due process and equal protection.
