¶ 1. We review the recommendation of the referee that Attorney Vladimir M. Gorokhovsky be publicly reprimanded for professional misconduct. That misconduct consists of: (1) committing criminal acts that reflect adversely on his honesty, trustworthiness, and fitness as a lawyer, in violation of SCR 20:8.4(b), 1 and (2) making false statements of fact or law to a tribunal and engaging in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation, in violation of SCR 20:3.3(a)(1) 2 and SCR 20:8.4(c). 3 In addition to a public reprimand, the referee recommended that Attorney Gorokhovsky pay…
