OPINION

KAREN NELSON MOORE, Circuit Judge.

In this diversity action, Plaintiff-Appellant Keith Wilkey (“Wilkey”) appeals the district court’s dismissal of his state-law claims of tortious interference with evidence and tortious interference with a business relationship. He further appeals the district court’s adverse summary judgment ruling as to his state-law fraud claim. For the reasons stated below, we AFFIRM the district court’s judgment.
