This matter is before the court on defendant Bank of Nova Scotia’s [“the Bank” or “defendant”] objection to the magistrate’s order denying the Bank’s motion to disqualify plaintiffs’ counsel, Attorney Lee J. Rohn of the Law Offices of Lee J. Rohn in St. Croix [“Law Offices”].
