1. It is contended that the court was in error in refusing to allow defendants’ witnesses to state their opinion as to whether the property was rural or urban at the time the sewer was constructed. The question, as presented here, is not whether they had shown themselves qualified to testify as real estate experts. It may be conceded that there were matters involved in the issue, upon which they were qualified, and, under the decisions, would have been permitted to give an opinion.
