OPINION AND ORDER

CASELLAS, District Judge.

Pending before the Court is a motion for summary judgment filed by defendants Universidad Metropolitana, Rene Labarea, Luis R. Diaz Rivera, Carmen Bigas, Marta Ramos, Nilda Lopez, Maria del C. Monser-rat and Sistema Universitario Ana G. Mendez. (Doqket # 52). After a careful analysis of the parties’ argument and the applicable law, we GRANT defendants’ motion for summary judgment.
