RUSSELL, Bankruptcy Judge.
Appellants Robert and Kimberly Dunbar appeal the bankruptcy court’s order denying their request for an injunction barring the California Contractors State License Board, the California Registrar of Contractors and the Department of Consumer Affairs (collectively, “state agency”) from canceling and rescinding Robert Dunbar’s contracting license.
