Central States Basement and Foundation Repair, Inc., f/k/a Central States Waterproofing of Missouri, Inc., (“Central States”) appeals the judgment of the Circuit Court of St. Louis County granting Phyllis Tirmenstein’s (“Tirmenstein”) Motion to Enforce Settlement.
