Appeal from a decision of the Workers’ Compensation Board, filed May 8, 2007, which ruled, among other things, that claimant voluntarily removed himself from the labor market and denied his claim for workers’ compensation benefits.

Claimant is a 60-year-old male who worked as a lineman for Niagara Mohawk Power Company. In December 2000, claimant injured his left leg and back when he stepped into a hole and fell.
