The petitioner and the respondent were married on March 16, 1942. On May 1, 1958 they entered into a separation agreement and on May 12, 1959 the parties were divorced in Chihuahua, Mexico. The decree of divorce incorporated by reference the nonmerger separation agreement which provided for $260 monthly support for the petitioner plus $400 on April 1 of each year to cover any taxes due and owing.
