DISSENTING OPINION BY

DONOHUE, J.:

I disagree with the learned Majority that Plumbers Local 690 (“Local 690”) was properly included as a named defendant in the July 18, 2014 preliminary injunction (the “July Injunction”). There is no evidence that Local 690 engaged in any unlawful protests after April 21, 2014 or that other union groups that picketed at the CHOP construction site between April 22 and July 9, 2014 did so at Local 690’s behest or as its sympathizers.
