ROBERT E. Quinn, Chief Judge:

A general court-martial convicted the accused of three specifications alleging violations of Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 50 USC § 728. He was sentenced to a dishonorable discharge, total forfeitures, and confinement at hard labor for five years. The convening authority modified the findings of guilty on specifications 2 and 3 and approved the sentence.
