Plaintiff filed the present action on November 26, 2001 1 pursuant to Section 301 of the Labor Management Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. § 185 asking this Court to vacate an arbitration award (“Award”) in which the arbitrator (“Arbitrator”) concluded that defendant Southern Union Company 2 (“Company”) did not violate the collective bargaining agreement (“CBA”) it had entered into with Local 12431 (“Union”).
