OPINION

GEORGE C. HANKS, JR., Justice.

This is an interlocutory appeal from the trial court’s denial of Truck Insurance Exchange’s motion for summary judgment. 1 In this case, we must determine whether the Business Auto Policy (“the policy”) that Truck Insurance Exchange (TIE) issued to Construction Coordinator Inc., a corporation of which Steven Chalfant is president, provides uninsured/underin-sured motorist (“UM/UIM”) coverage for Chalfant’s accident, which occurred while he occupied his personal auto. We con- elude that it does not. Accordingly, we reverse the order of the trial court.
