The question presented for our consideration in this case, arises upon a motion filed by the appellant to quash an execution issued on the 20th day of May, 1886. The motion was made on the 2d day of June, during the term at which the judgment was rendered, and was predicated upon the claim that the judgment on which the execution issued had not been entered of record at the time the execution w-as issued; that the judgment was not entered of record until May 22d.
