The plaintiff sued her husband for a separation from bed and board, at the same time asking for the care and custody of her minor children, for a partition of the community property, and for alimony. The defendant allowed judgment to go against him by default. The court gave the plaintiff a decree of separation from bed and board, gave her the care and custody of her children, and allowed her alimony at the rate of $125 a month, but said nothing about a partition of the community property.
