delivered the opinion of the court.
This policy of insurance ran “for the term of three months from noon of the second day of February, 1898.” Hence, unless renewed, it expired by its terms at noon of May 2, 1898.
The first count alleges that on May 2, 1898, the company, in consideration of the payment of the further sum of $12.50, continued said insurance for the further term of three months.
