Christopher S. Schneider appeals from his convictions of criminal sexual assault (720 ILCS 5/12 — 13(a)(1) (West 2006)) and aggravated domestic battery (720 ILCS 5/12 — 3.3(a) (West 2006)) based on acts that occurred in July 2007.
