Vada Coleman appeals from the trial court’s grant of summary judgment to DaimlerChrysler Services of North America, LLC, in a suit filed after Coleman defaulted on an automobile lease agreement she signed with the company. Coleman contends that the trial court erred in granting summary judgment to DaimlerChrysler because material issues of fact remain as to whether the company’s sale of the leased vehicle was commercially reasonable as required by Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code for secured transactions.
