By her amended complaint appellant sued (1) to annul a decree of divorce granted to herself in the State of Nevada on the grounds that (a) such decree was obtained through her collusion with respondent and that (b) the Nevada court was without jurisdiction of the parties; (2) to set aside a property settlement agreement executed by her as having been effected by means of respondent’s fraudulent representations and without independent legal advice; and (3) for a judgment dissolving the marriage of the parties.
