Father appeals the trial court’s award of sole legal and physical parental rights and responsibilities to mother. Father also appeals the trial court’s calculation and division of marital assets, challenging the application of a hypothetical real-estate commission in awarding father a portion of the marital home’s equity as well as the trial court’s division of the parties’ retirement assets.
