The view which we take of this case on the merits, dispenses with the necessity of noticing any other objections to the complaint.
The plaintiffs contend that the Act of 1872-73, chap. 143, page 224, is unconstitutional, because a result of it will be to transfer a part of Granville county from the Twenty-first Senatorial district to the Seventh, to which the county of Franklin belongs.
