KENNARD, J.

Defendant J.C.C. Enterprises, Inc., appeals from an order of the superior court granting a preliminary injunction halting all construction on the Rices’ home that would obstruct the view of the Rices’ neighbors, William and Ellen Scaringe (plaintiffs). Defendant contends the trial court abused its discretion in ordering the preliminary injunction. We agree, and reverse the order.
