INTRODUCTION
This matter is before the Court on the Internal Revenue Service’s objection to the debtor’s post-confirmation modification of the first amended plan of liquidation and a request for no confirmation of plan because tax avoidance is its principal purpose made by Assistant United States Attorney Robert Tieg on behalf of the Internal Revenue Service, in open court, on October 25, 1985.
