MEMORANDUM OPINION

A. BENJAMIN GOLDGAR, Bankruptcy Judge.

This chapter 11 bankruptcy case is before the court for ruling following a combined hearing on the adequacy of the debt- or’s disclosure statement and confirmation of its plan. For the reasons that follow, confirmation of the plan will be denied.
