Hill prosecuted Taylor for false imprisonment in being concerned in an unlawful arrest, and obtained a judgment against him for damages, which is brought up on writ of error.

The proceeding under which he claims to have been arrested was on a complaint made before a justice of the *551peace in "Washtenaw, for an alleged embezzlement in "Wayne county.
