DECISION AND ORDER
RANDA, District Judge.
This case comes before the Court on defendant’s motion for summary judgment. For the following reasons, the motion is granted and the case dismissed.
FACTUAL BACKGROUND 1
The plaintiff, Virginia Chilcote (“Chilcote”), worked for Coleman Products Company (“Coleman”), a subsidiary or division of American Motors Corporation (“AMC”).
