LOKEN, Circuit Judge.
Bobbie Duehek appeals the district court’s 1 grant of summary judgment dismissing as time-barred his claim for medical benefits under a health insurance policy issued and administered by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska and Health and Management Strategies, International (collectively, “Blue Cross”). We affirm.
