The Inman-Campobello Water District in Spartanburg County was created by an Act of the General Assembly of this State, approved April 23, 1954. 48 Stats. 2553. Thereafter, by an Act approved May 4, 1955, the Act creating the District was amended so as to provide for the area of the District and the functions and powers committed to the District. 49 Stats. 1389.
