ORDER

This matter is again before the Court after the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit affirmed in part and reversed in part the Court’s order denying a motion to intervene filed by several individual consumers. Federal Trade Commission v. American Legal Distributors, Inc., 890 F.2d 363 (1989). The Eleventh Circuit held that intervention should have been allowed for the limited purpose of addressing “issues relating to the future sale and distribution” of assets frozen by the Court.
