On February 3, 1993, a final hearing was held on a motion for relief from the automatic stay imposed by 11 U.S.C. § 362(a) filed by the Resolution Trust Corporation (“RTC”), the predeeessor-in-interest to TE-Two Real Estate Limited Partnership (“TE-Two”), seeking to obtain possession of the Creekstone Apartments property.
